About the job Showroom Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers to the showroom, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance on product selection.
Present and demonstrate showroom products effectively, highlighting their features, benefits, and value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive repeat business.
Process sales transactions accurately, including invoicing, payment collection, and order follow-ups.
Collaborate with the inventory and merchandising teams to ensure the showroom is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience of 2-3 years in showroom sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
Excellent sales and negotiation abilities to close deals successfully.
Proficiency in using POS systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office tools.
