BA or Bachelor in production management - Developing and implementing production schedules - Overseeing the production process and ensuring that products are completed on time and budget - Monitoring quality control and ensuring that products meet company standards - Hiring, training, and supervising production staff - Complying with safety and health regulations - Coordinating with other departments, such as sales and design - Preparing reports on production progress and performance - Manage cost by reducing waste - Will be responsible of the production process and its units (Production of sofas, Picture, Foam factory, Wood factory, curtain factory)
