About the job HR Officer

We are seeking a skilled HR Officer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.
