Job Description:  Our Client is seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant/Assistant General Manager. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager and assist in various managerial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and other documents as needed.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Help oversee daily operations and provide support to department managers as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient communication and workflow across departments.
  • Take on additional responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and responsibilities.

    Salary: 750$-800$ (based on the profile)
