Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and optimize the maintenance operations of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians and engineers, implement preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and drive efficiency improvements while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the reliability and efficiency of facilities and equipment by leading a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement improvements to enhance performance and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce operational disruptions.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize impact on operations.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to ensure continuous operation.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and technological enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industrial standards, and company policies while fostering a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in heavy equipment sectors.
- Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical system diagnostics.
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or ERP.
- Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and occupational health standards.
- Experience with welding equipment maintenance and industrial press machinery.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and reliability engineering principles.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in maintenance planning tools, MS Project, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
