Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the hotel's overall objectives.
 - Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure the selection and development of top talent.
 - Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive workplace culture.
 - Ensure compliance with labor laws, hotel standards, and industry regulations.
 - Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
 - Collaborate with departmental managers to identify and fulfill staffing and development needs.
 
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of HR management experience in a five stars hotel.
 - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
 
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the hospitality sector.
 - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
 - Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS).
