Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the hotel's overall objectives.
  2. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure the selection and development of top talent.
  3. Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive workplace culture.
  4. Ensure compliance with labor laws, hotel standards, and industry regulations.
  5. Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
  6. Collaborate with departmental managers to identify and fulfill staffing and development needs.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of HR management experience in a five stars hotel.
  2. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

Skills:

  1. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the hospitality sector.
  2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
  4. Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS).
