Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or relevant
field.
Proven 5 years of working experience as a Web Developer, including 2 years of
experience as a Web Developers Lead within a digital marketing agency or
similar environment.
Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Understanding of MySQL databases.
In-depth knowledge of WordPress core functionalities.
Knowledge of popular plugins and their integration.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of developers.
Strong organizational skills and experience in managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and how to address them.
Knowledge of SEO plugins and tools.
Skills in optimizing website performance and speed, and familiarity with
caching techniques.
Proficient in testing and debugging techniques, and awareness of
cross-browser compatibility issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey
technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on understanding and meeting
client needs. English Language proficiency is a must
