Customer Relationship Management Support
Main Activities:
· Developing the Company customers by acquiring new contacts and proposing our products to them;
· Qualifying business contacts and translating them into sales processes
· Supporting and managing marketing campaigns;
· Satisfying the requests of current customers through maintenance and follow-up activities;
· Ensuring the success of Company and customer satisfaction;
· Promoting and organizing demonstrations of our sales staff;
· Manage customer master data and arrange updates;
· Standardizing CRM processes;
· Collecting data and information of a commercial nature;
· Handling complaints;
· Managing contact with the administration area, production area, procurement area and logistics area.
Requirements:
· Excellent knowledge of the English language and Arabic language
-Saudi National is a must
