Responsibilities:

  6. Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in reservations management or a similar role in a five stars hotel.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
