Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the reservation department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
 - Develop and implement strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
 - Monitor reservation trends and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
 - Supervise and train reservation staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
 - Handle VIP bookings, group reservations, and special requests with professionalism and precision.
 - Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
 
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in reservations management or a similar role in a five stars hotel.
 - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
 
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
 - Proficiency in reservation software and hotel management systems.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Analytical skills with a focus on maximizing revenue and operational efficiency.
