We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to oversee the comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime through effective team management, compliance with safety standards, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for complex machinery, including hydraulic presses, welding machines, and integrated systems.

Conduct regular equipment inspections, performance assessments, and reliability analyses to optimize production efficiency.

Design and execute maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer recommendations.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform root cause analyses, and develop repair and improvement solutions.

Manage maintenance team operations, including workforce planning, training, and performance evaluation.

Oversee maintenance budgeting, spare parts inventory management, and cost control strategies.

Develop and maintain detailed maintenance documentation, standard operating procedures, and equipment historical records.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, industrial standards (ISO), and environmental regulations.

Implement equipment condition monitoring techniques like vibration analysis, thermography, and lubricant analysis.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to enhance overall process reliability and recommend technological improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

8-10 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in heavy industrial equipment sectors.

Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.

Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical system diagnostics.

Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or ERP software.

Advanced understanding of industrial safety standards and occupational health regulations.

Skilled in root cause analysis and reliability engineering principles.

Proficient in maintenance software, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Familiarity with MS Project, SolidWorks, or Inventor for maintenance planning.
