Web Desginer / Contract - Hourly Rate

A portfolio of published designs is a must, candidates without a portfolio

will not be considered.

You are more than just a web designer, you are a digital storyteller. Your designs

creative engaging experiences that captivate and leave a lasting impression. You

have a talent for transforming ideas into visually striking websites, and your portfolio

showcases your mastery of layout, color, and user experience.

What you will do

Responsibilities:

Meet established deadlines for assigned projects and proactively inform

stakeholders of project status and updates.

Create or incorporate suitable color schemes based on brand guidelines,

ensuring consistency across all design elements.

Communicate design ideas through user flows, process flows, site maps, and

wireframes to ensure clear understanding and alignment.

Develop visuals based on task requirements, such as color correction and

resizing, and pitch creative ideas tailored to customer and industry needs.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features for websites

and web app features to guide development and user testing.

Stay updated on UI and UX trends to integrate best practices and innovative

ideas into design work.

Design and develop web pages that are visually appealing and user-friendly.

Conduct website testing to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and

compatibility across all platforms and browsers.

Receive feedback from the Creative Director to improve performance.

Follow the creative guidance of the Graphic Designer and Web Developers

Leads in coordination with the rest of the team, and amend after feedback.

Requirements:

A portfolio of published designs is a must, candidates without a portfolio

will not be considered.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a relevant field.

More than 5 years of experience as a web designer, agency experience is a

plus.

Proficient in Graphic Design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe

Illustrator, Figma, and other visual design tools.

Proficient in web design tools and software, such as Adobe XD, Sketch,

Figma, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

Proficient in UX/UI design.

Excellent visual design skills to produce compelling and visually engaging

designs.

Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and

technologies.

Creative and open to new ideas.

Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.

Highly detail-oriented and ability to multitask and prioritize multiple

simultaneous deadlines and schedules.

Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines

Skilled in applying brand guidelines to create intuitive and visually consistent

user interfaces.

Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, able to collaborate effectively to

develop innovative, user-centered designs.
