Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.
  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
  3. Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and set up according to the hotel's standards.
  4. Recommend menu items and beverages, offering detailed knowledge of the menu to enhance the guest experience.
  5. Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
  6. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold the hotels five-star service standards.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of experience as a waiter in a five stars hotel.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
