Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.
 - Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
 - Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and set up according to the hotel's standards.
 - Recommend menu items and beverages, offering detailed knowledge of the menu to enhance the guest experience.
 - Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
 - Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold the hotels five-star service standards.
 
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a waiter in a five stars hotel.
 - High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
 
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
 - Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
