Provide leadership and direction to department managers and staff.

Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.

Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a capable and motivated workforce.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

Responsible for financial stability of the company and for thorough control of company's expenditures

Qualification Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a

related field (Master's degree preferred).

Required certification: TBD

Years of experience: Minimun of 10 years

Areas of expertise:

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar

industry.

Water and wastewater facilities, disinfection,

potabilization and water quality monitoring, wastewater

and industrial effluent treatment.

Environmental protection by controlling water

consumption, energy costs and optimizing network

efficiency.

Diagnostics, plant maintenance, emergency response

and on-call services

Supplementary requirements

Knowledge of foreign languages (English and French)

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed.

Willingness to travel occasionally.

Ability to handle pressure and stressful situations calmly

Fluent in English and French
