Position Overview
The Duty-Free Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of duty-free retail stores. This role ensures a high standard of customer service, efficient inventory management, and consistent sales growth while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. The manager will lead the duty-free team, ensuring operational excellence and maximizing profitability.
Customer and Reporting Responsibilities

Ensure excellent customer service by training and leading staff to deliver a premium shopping experience.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
Educational Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
Professional Qualifications

Certifications in Retail or Assistant Management are a plus
Experience

57 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a duty-free or travel retail environment
-
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
-
Strong experience in team leadership and motivation
