Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, or in-person visits.
2. Provide accurate and detailed information about our shipping services, including rates, transit times, and available options.
3. Generate quotes for shipping services based on customer requirements, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to company policies.
4. Assist customers in selecting the most suitable shipping solutions for their needs, considering factors such as destination, delivery timelines, and budget constraints.
5. Process shipping orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems, ensuring all relevant information is captured and documented.
6. Coordinate with other departments such as operations and logistics to ensure timely and smooth execution of shipping orders.
7. Follow up with customers to confirm order details, address any questions or concerns, and provide updates on shipment status as needed.
8. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to customers to enhance their shipping experience and increase revenue for the company.
