About the job sales manager
Working Hours:
Full-time position (8 hours + 1h break)
6 days/week (rotational off)
Peak hours include evenings
Role Objectives:
Drive new member acquisition and hit monthly sales targets
Create and implement innovative strategies to increase sales and client
retention
Lead studio tours, handle incoming leads, and close high-value packages
Build a strong network within the fitness, corporate, and wellness
communities to generate leads
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals
Manage CRM system: inputting leads, tracking pipeline, and follow-ups
Train and manage front desk/sales staff in sales techniques and customer
service
Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns and events to boost sales
Provide regular reports and insights on performance and market trends
Maintain a deep understanding of our class offerings and studio USPs
Act as a brand ambassador both in and out of the studio
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in a sales leadership role (ideally in fitness, wellness,
hospitality, or luxury retail)
Strong closing ability, persuasive communication, and excellent interpersonal
skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow the business
Tech-savvy: CRM platforms, basic data tracking, lead conversion metrics
Passion for health, wellness, and fitness culture
Leadership and team management skills
Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
Other Information:
Immediate to 1-month availability preferred
