Marketing Executive Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Attend the day-to-day functions of the CEO or the Managing Partner.

Organize the CEOs or the Managing Partners meetings including scheduling

and sending reminders.

Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO or the

Managing Partner.

Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.

Prepare presentations and portfolios.

Maintain various records and documents.

Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.

Assist in business development and outreach activities, identifying prospects

and leads who could be targeted as Digital Revamps potential clients.

Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing the CEOs or the Managing

Partners projects from initiation to completion.

Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients,

understanding their needs, addressing their concerns and resolving conflicts

professionally.

Understand client briefs, ask the right questions, and communicate all

necessary information to the internal team.

Monitor progress, identify challenges, and work with teams to develop

solutions, ensuring successful project completion.

Work closely with creative teams to develop innovative and high-quality work

that align with client objectives.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring all logistics are

well-organized.

Requirements:

BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of work experience as a Marketing Executive Coordinator in an

advertising agency or a similar role.

Understanding of advertising and marketing principles.

Proficiency in project management tools like Asana.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Initiative taker and problem-solver.

Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Client-focused mindset.

Candidates assisting the CEO should be available to work the evening/ PM

shift.
