Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, culture, and hiring challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing recruitment insights, market intelligence, and strategic hiring solutions.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to update them on recruitment progress and provide feedback.

2. Candidate Sourcing and Placement:

  • Use creative and effective sourcing techniques, including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social media, to identify top candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and suitability for client roles.
  • Manage the candidate journey from sourcing to placement, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.

3. Recruitment Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Stay updated on labor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to clients.

4. Negotiation and Mediation:

  • Facilitate offer negotiations between clients and candidates to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide guidance to candidates on career decisions, salary expectations, and role alignment.

5. Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities to expand Bridge Talent Solutions client base through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Present and promote recruitment services to prospective clients, highlighting the agencys value proposition.

6. Metrics and Reporting:

  • Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and candidate retention.
  • Prepare detailed reports for clients, showcasing recruitment outcomes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency setting.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms, CRM tools, and sourcing techniques.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
