Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, culture, and hiring challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing recruitment insights, market intelligence, and strategic hiring solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on recruitment progress and provide feedback.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Placement:
- Use creative and effective sourcing techniques, including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social media, to identify top candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and suitability for client roles.
- Manage the candidate journey from sourcing to placement, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
3. Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Stay updated on labor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to clients.
4. Negotiation and Mediation:
- Facilitate offer negotiations between clients and candidates to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide guidance to candidates on career decisions, salary expectations, and role alignment.
5. Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand Bridge Talent Solutions client base through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Present and promote recruitment services to prospective clients, highlighting the agencys value proposition.
6. Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and candidate retention.
- Prepare detailed reports for clients, showcasing recruitment outcomes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency setting.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms, CRM tools, and sourcing techniques.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge of labor laws and diversity recruitment practices is a plus.
