Fit-Out Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in supervising interior fit-out projects and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Typical responsibilities include supervising daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring quality and safety, reading technical drawings, and ensuring project completion according to specifications and schedule.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of finishing works, including gypsum, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, glass, and MEP coordination.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.

Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams.

Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

Supervise all site fit-out activities.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Prepare daily progress reports and resolve site issues.

Ensure projects are completed within the required timeline.
