Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Paper Bag Machine Operator to join a manufacturing company in Egypt. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining paper bag production machinery while ensuring high-quality output, efficient production, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate paper bag manufacturing machines according to production requirements.
• Monitor the production process and make necessary machine adjustments.
• Ensure that paper bags meet the required size, printing, folding, gluing, and quality specifications.
• Inspect finished products and identify defects or production issues.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and operational problems.
• Minimize material waste and machine downtime.
• Record production quantities, waste levels, and machine issues.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with the production supervisor and maintenance team when needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Lebanese nationality is required.
• Previous experience operating paper bag manufacturing machines is essential.
• Good knowledge of machine setup, operation, adjustment, and basic maintenance.
• Ability to identify and resolve minor production and quality issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Egypt.
• Technical or vocational education is considered an advantage.
