Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing high-end construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to all stakeholders
- Manage subcontractors and ensure their work meets project requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare and submit project reports and documentation as required
- Proactively identify and resolve any project risks or issues
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- PMP certification is a plus
