They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Administrator to join their team.
Job Description:
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for administering all aspects of our client's insurance building projects. This includes negotiating contracts with insurers and sub-contractors, preparing tender packages, preparing estimates, managing budgets, etc. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized contract records and communicating with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft contracts with clients and subcontractors, including running tender processes
- Review and analyze contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Prepare variations and estimates as required
- Identify and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure contract requirements are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the insurance or construction industry
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
