AOS - Offshore Recruitment Support

 Job Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of direct Australian clients who are looking to engage Recruitment Specialists as independent contractors to provide offshore administrative, operational, and sourcing support to their internal recruitment teams. 

This role supports a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating key steps across the recruitment workflow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup while reporting directly to Australian-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job advertisements on relevant job boards and platforms

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing tools

  • Screen incoming resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Coordinate assessments, reference checks, and onboarding documents

  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Communicate with candidates to keep them informed throughout the process

  • Support general recruitment admin tasks as needed

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Must have foreign market experience – sourcing or working closely with clients in AU, US, UK, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job platforms, and basic sourcing methods
  • AI-curious or knowledgeable, with an interest in using AI tools to improve recruitment, sourcing, or admin workflows
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup

  • Comfortable working offshore in support of an Australian time zone
