Moving from premium niche positioning to a volume-ready, convenience-led growth model, backed by one of Australias most powerful retail ecosystems.

This is not a pure brand role.
And its not a traditional marketing seat.

This is a commercial leadership role where marketing is the primary lever and commercial performance is the mandate.

You will own growth end to end across subscription and retail propositions. Acquisition. Retention. Pricing. Product. Lifetime value. Unit economics.

Marketing drives it.
Commercial outcomes define it.

About the role

This is a Melbourne-based leadership role and requires candidates to be based in Melbourne.

The role sits at the centre of the businesss evolution from artisan-led to accessible scale. It carries full accountability for commercial performance across subscription and ready-to-heat eCommerce, working closely with digital product, category, operations and enterprise stakeholders.

What youll own

  • End-to-end commercial performance across subscription and retail
  • CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback and unit economics
  • Customer acquisition efficiency, retention and churn
  • Pricing, promotions and trading strategy
  • Full-funnel performance and brand marketing
  • Loyalty, referral and CRM lifecycle programs
  • Digital product roadmap and conversion optimisation
  • Agency, platform and commercial partner performance
  • Senior stakeholder influence across product, technology and operations

What were looking for

  • Melbourne-based with full working rights
  • 10+ years in commercial leadership within eCommerce, retail or subscription businesses
  • Proven P&L ownership and delivery against growth targets
  • Strong capability across performance marketing, pricing and digital optimisation
  • Commercial judgement and comfort making trade-offs between growth and margin
  • Data-led, decisive and outcome-focused
  • Comfortable operating through scale-up and enterprise integration

This role will suit someone who wants real ownership, real influence and real accountability at scale.
