General Manager - Change and Communications

Reporting to: Chief People Officer
Leadership: Change & Internal Communications team
A large, complex APAC organisation is entering a multi-year transformation phase - with major IT-led change, supply chain evolution, and enterprise uplift underway.
This is a senior in-house leadership role, not a consulting or advisory position. Youll sit on the People Leadership Team, lead an experienced change and internal communications function, and personally own delivery on the organisations most critical transformation programs.
If youre a hands-on change leader who thrives in ambiguity, knows how to work with IT at scale, and cares deeply about how change actually lands - this is a rare opportunity.
What youll be accountable for
- Leading enterprise-wide change management and internal communications
- Owning change delivery across large, IT-led programs (this is the core of the role)
- Partnering closely with IT, Supply Chain, and senior business leaders
- Building change capability across leadership layers - not just running programs
- Setting the tone, judgement, sequencing and impact of internal communications
- Leading, developing and leveraging an experienced change & comms team
- Balancing global frameworks with local, pragmatic execution
