Services Delivery Manager SAP Basis

Your mission:

If you are interested in coordinating infrastructure related projects and daily operations, then this is the chance for you. We are looking for motivated and talented IT professionals who want to work in the infrastructure team of 4 people in Vienna. You would be the liaison between the SAP Application Team and the service provider for infrastructure.

Your main task 85% of your time you will coordinate projects in cooperation with externals and internals. (SAP Application team, Networkteam). Your main task is to manage and coordinate to have an updated SAP 4/Hana and Oracle Database.

Manage infrastructural changes based on application needs

Follow-up and support processes for ongoing operations

Monitor service level fulfilment of the service provider.

Your profile:

SAP Basis knowledge and/or experience in the following fields: IT infrastructure, Server Operating Systems, Databases and Service Management

Experience working in an SAP environments. Openness to hold also the SAP ecosystem live which consists of e.g. Open Text Archiving solutions and take care of IT Security topics.

The SAP landscape is 6 core systems (3 layers) in total 50+ SAP systems for 10.000 colleagues ww with different SAP applications. At current infrastructure new Power 9 machines + Linux.

Communication and team player skills for working within our team, with colleagues and external partners.

High level of self-motivation and analytical skills

Very good English language skills 90%, German is a strong plus, because the office language is German.

We offer a compensation package starting at from 50.000 until € 99.900 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), depending on your experience, skills and qualification.

Extent: full-time, all-in contract
