Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Head of Legal & Compliance to join our team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to support the company's operations in Mexico. The role focuses on contract review, legal support for business teams, regulatory matters, and assistance with compliance and data protection requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders.
  
• Support licensing and regulatory matters.
• Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments.
  
• Assist with corporate governance and legal documentation.
• Identify legal risks and provide practical legal advice.
  
• Support compliance-related initiatives, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Be appointed as the Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer, responsible for compliance and data protection matters, including interactions with regulators and oversight of related internal processes and documentation.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and advisors when required.

Requirements

• Law degree.
• 2–5 years of legal experience.
  
• Experience in commercial and contract law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  
• Good command of English.
• Experience in gaming, betting, fintech, or other regulated industries is a plus.
