Stream Manager (iGaming - Brazil / LATAM)

We are looking for an ambitious Stream Manager (iGaming - Brazil / LATAM) for full-time employment for our client, a growing and high-impact iGaming company. We are looking for a Stream Manager who loves working with influencers and streamers, knows how to build win-win partnerships, and can maximize the performance of every integration using data and metrics.

As a Stream Manager at their company, they expect you to be responsible for:

• Identify and recruit streamers across Brazil and the LATAM market

• Verify audiences to distinguish real followers from fake engagement

  ully manage ad integrations – from communication and deadlines to performance delivery
• Track metrics, ROI, and campaign performance, and adjust launch strategies based on results

• Prepare performance reports and optimization insights

Required hard skills:

• Relevant experience (1+ year) in the Gambling / Betting / Casino streaming vertical

• Proven experience planning and managing budgets from $10K/month

• Existing network of verified streamers or influencers with proven results

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to have:

• Experience with Twitch, Kick, YouTube, or Facebook Gaming platforms

• Understanding of LATAM audience behavior and cultural triggers
