As a QA & UX Tester at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

  • Test all features of the digital gaming platform for functionality, accuracy, and usability across devices and browsers.
  • Conduct regular testing of the Sportsbook section, ensuring correct interface behavior, data accuracy, and real-time responsiveness.
  • Monitor load times, system responsiveness, and overall user experience to identify performance issues.
  • Perform QA/UX testing tasks at least four (4) times per week.
  • Test new promotions (bonuses, free spins, etc.) and provide detailed reports on any issues found.
  • Execute end-to-end testing of deposit and withdrawal processes for accuracy, security, and compliance.
  • Deliver weekly test reports, including bug documentation with screenshots or videos and recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Experience in QA testing or UX evaluation, ideally in online gaming or digital platforms.
  • Ability to test functionality, usability, and performance across different devices and browsers.
  • Strong attention to detail for spotting bugs, errors, and usability issues.
  • Good communication skills for clear reporting of findings.
  • Ability to work independently and follow a regular testing schedule.
  • Familiarity with online transaction processes (deposits, withdrawals) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of casino and sportsbook platforms is a bonus.
