Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute LATAM affiliate growth strategy aligned with company profitability targets.
- Secure and maintain top regional affiliate and media placements.
- Build and manage a high-performing LATAM team (sales, account management).
- Strengthen operational processes including reporting, onboarding, and account coverage.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain leadership positioning.
- Implement fraud prevention, contract compliance, and payout structures for the region.
- Report regularly on performance, revenue impact, and team development.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in affiliate management or digital partnerships in LATAM markets.
- Deep knowledge of regional players, influencers, and acquisition channels.
- Strong leadership experience, able to build and scale teams.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese a strong advantage.
