Working from the Belgrade office (if outside Belgrade remote is also an option), you’ll collaborate with a dynamic, data-oriented team dedicated to maximizing acquisition and ROI. We’re looking for Digital Analytics & Tracking Specialist who will be responsible for restoring, structuring, and expanding the company’s web analytics and tracking framework across all marketing and product touchpoints.

This role bridges marketing, CRM, and data engineering — ensuring that every registration, FTD, and user interaction is accurately tracked, attributed, and made available for reporting in Google Analytics and the central data warehouse (Power BI).

The ideal candidate combines technical GA / GTM expertise with a strong understanding of user acquisition funnels and CRM data flows.

As a Digital Analytics & Tracking Specialist at their company, they expect you to be responsible for:

Analytics Infrastructure & Tracking

  • Audit, clean up, and rebuild Google Analytics (UA / GA4) and Google Tag Manager setups across all brands and domains.
  • Ensure proper tagging, event tracking, and enhanced measurement for both marketing and product funnels (from visit registration FTD).
  • Fix and standardize UTM conventions across Google Ads, Facebook, Affiliates, Influencers, and other partners to ensure accurate channel attribution.
  • Collaborate with the developers to re-establish integration between CRM and GA to reflect real registration and FTD data per channel and campaign.

Cross-Channel Attribution & Reporting

  • Design and maintain a reliable source-of-truth mapping between GA and the company’s central database.
  • Collaborate with the BI / Data team to feed validated GA and CRM data into Power BI dashboards.
  • Support marketing teams in interpreting acquisition, conversion, and ROI metrics, providing actionable insights.

Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Implement consistent data validation routines to ensure accuracy and consistency of key metrics.
  • Document analytics and tagging processes for cross-team alignment.
  • Train marketing and product stakeholders on proper use of UTMs, tagging, and GA reports.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience implementing and managing Google Analytics (UA / GA4) and Google Tag Manager in multi-channel, high-traffic environments.
  • Experience integrating CRM or back-end systems with GA for revenue and user tracking.
  • Strong understanding of digital attribution, conversion funnels, and marketing data flows.
  • Working knowledge of debugging tools (Tag Assistant, GA Debugger, etc.).
  • Solid analytical mindset with attention to data integrity.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.


Would be a plus:

  • Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, or data warehouse structures used for Power BI reporting.
  • Experience with affiliate and performance marketing ecosystems.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for implementing custom tracking solutions.
  • Understanding of gaming / casino or high-compliance environments.
  • Google Analytics / GTM certifications.
