As a Head of HR Business Partnering you would be responsible for:

1. Growth Journey Enablement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives across all 8 countries.
  • Lead initiatives that support scaling, transformation, and cultural integration during the companys growth journey.
  • Anticipate people's needs and proactively design interventions that drive agility and resilience.

2. Assessments & Performance Management

  • Design, implement, and continuously evolve assessment tools and frameworks to identify skills, strengths, and development areas across the organization.
  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring it fosters accountability, growth, and business impact.
  • Drive calibration and talent review processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and alignment across countries.

3. Manager & People Check-Ins

  • Introduce and embed regular manager check-ins to ensure strong leadership capability and effective team development.
  • Establish people check-ins as a mechanism for listening, engagement, and early identification of risks/opportunities.
  • Coach managers in leading with empathy, clarity, and effectiveness.

4. Organizational Design & Development

  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to enable scalable growth.
  • Partner with leadership to evolve structures, roles, and capabilities for future business needs.
  • Support functional leaders in building clarity, accountability, and strong operating models.

5. Development of People & Functions

  • Drive leadership development and succession planning for critical roles.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to design impactful programs that build future-ready skills.
  • Support functional excellence by aligning people capability initiatives with departmental strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in a senior HRBP/People Partnering role across multiple geographies.
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and performance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at the senior leadership level.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate people data and insights into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling, and multicultural environment.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages from CIS/LATAM/Europe are a plus).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 10+ years of HR/People Partnering experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role with multi-country exposure.
  • Experience in high-growth or transformational environments is strongly preferred.
  • Mandatory knowledge of Russian language
  • Mandatory work experience in the IT environment in the CIS region
