Responsibilities:
- Secure and defend top-list placements; negotiate ranking positions and fee structures with partners.
- Guide affiliates on SEO best practices (on-page and off-page) to maximize performance.
- Maintain placement hygiene, promotional calendars, and campaign execution standards.
- Collaborate with Content and Product teams to test and optimize landing pages, creatives, offers, and CTAs.
- Track and report on rank traffic revenue impact, alongside core affiliate KPIs.
- Monitor competitor activity and SERP shifts, implementing counter-strategies to maintain leadership.
- Escalate fraud and compliance issues to protect brand and partner integrity.
- Keep CRM updated and deliver accurate weekly and monthly forecasts.
- Share insights and best practices across the affiliate team, contributing to overall department growth.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or SEO-driven digital partnerships.
- Proven expertise in SEO strategy, ranking optimization, and partner negotiation.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with hands-on reporting and optimization skills.
- Excellent relationship management, influencing, and communication abilities.
- Skilled in CRM tools and performance tracking; knowledge of fraud detection and compliance best practices.
- Ability to adapt quickly in competitive markets and implement effective counter-moves.
- English fluency required; additional languages a strong advantage (e.g., Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese).
