Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Social Media & Community Manager (WhatsApp, Twitter, Threads & Discord) to join our team remotely for full-time employment.

As a Social Media & Community Manager (WhatsApp, Twitter, Threads & Discord), you would be responsible for:

Management of Multiple Channels:

• You will oversee our presence on WhatsApp, Twitter, Threads, and Discord, as well as any new platforms introduced in the future.

Account Management:

• You will manage and maintain active channels, ensuring proper setup, optimization, and continuous upkeep of all profiles.

Creation of Descriptions and Posts:

• You are responsible for crafting engaging, platform-appropriate descriptions and posts tailored to capture the attention of our target audience.

Design Coordination:

• You will work with our design team by providing clear and detailed briefs to ensure delivery of visually appealing content used across the channels.

Promotion on All Platforms:

• Our media buying team handles paid promotion, but you will be responsible for ordering, coordinating, and structuring promo campaigns for all assigned channels.

Brief Creation and Cross-Team Coordination:

• You will prepare detailed briefs for content needs including text, design, and video and ensure smooth communication across all supporting departments.

Collaboration with Other Teams:

• Strong communication with the design, media buying, and copywriting teams is essential for achieving shared goals.

User Acquisition and Retention:

• You must attract new users, retain existing ones, and meet loyalty KPIs on all managed channels.

Technical Understanding of the Channels:

• You should fully understand the technical functionalities of WhatsApp, Twitter, Threads, and Discord, using each platform’s features to maximize user experience and engagement.

Monitoring and Analysis of Results:

• You will track all key metrics, maintain structured statistics, and analyze performance to evaluate campaign success.

Reporting and Campaign Ordering:

• You will prepare detailed reports on all activities and request specific marketing campaigns to be executed by other teams when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing social media and leading WhatsApp, Twitter, Threads, and Discord channels and groups 
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams

• Proficiency in Figma

• Understanding of digital marketing and analytical tools

• Creativity in content creation and promotion

• Analytical skills for tracking and analyzing metrics

• Ability to create and track marketing campaigns

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop

• Good writing skills

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese language
