You will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, optimizing inventory levels, and collaborating with various departments to meet customer demands while minimizing costs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
  • Analyze production capacity and resource allocation to optimize efficiency across all manufacturing lines.
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
  • Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, production outputs, and supply chain performance metrics.
  • Participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams to communicate production status and address challenges.
  • Utilize ERP systems effectively for planning purposes while suggesting improvements where applicable.
  • Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production planning and inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management within the CPG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
