Brandcoven is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time or full time, remote basis. In this role, you will provide administrative support, working 20 hours per week or more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other events

- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and materials

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries

- Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents

- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment

- Make travel arrangements and process expense reports

- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience with remote work and virtual communication tools preferred
