Duty time: 1 PM to 10 PM (Mon- Friday)

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement data-driven advertising strategies on Meta platforms that align with client objectives and target audience insights.

2. Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to create highly targeted ad campaigns that maximize reach and engagement.

3. Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content that effectively communicate client messages and drive action.

4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools to inform optimization strategies and improve ROI.

5. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, placements, and targeting to identify the most effective campaign strategies.

6. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Meta advertising and digital marketing to ensure innovative approaches to client campaigns.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

8. Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns, specifically for international clients.

2. Strong understanding of Meta advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads, and their various ad formats.

3. Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

4. Excellent writing skills and creativity in developing engaging ad content that resonates with target audiences.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively presenting ideas and results to clients.

6. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
