Duty time: 1 PM to 10 PM (Mon- Friday)

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement email marketing strategies to achieve client goals, including lead generation, customer retention, and brand awareness.

2. Create and manage email campaigns, including crafting compelling copy, designing layouts, and segmenting audiences for targeted messaging.

3. Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes, to optimize campaigns and improve results.

4. Conduct A/B testing to evaluate different subject lines, content, and designs to maximize email engagement and effectiveness.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and designers, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding in all email communications.

6. Maintain and grow email lists through effective list management and data segmentation practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

7. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and digital marketing to continually enhance campaign performance.

8. Prepare regular performance reports for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, specifically with international clients.

2. Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact) and marketing automation tools.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

4. Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling email content that resonates with target audiences.

5. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
