Duty time: 1 PM to 10 PM (Mon- Friday)

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture.

2. Collaborate with management to identify employee development needs and create training and development programs to support professional growth.

3. Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

4. Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.

5. Manage performance evaluation processes, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers to facilitate constructive feedback and development discussions.

6. Organize team-building activities, workshops, and events to promote collaboration and strengthen relationships among team members.

7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and success, applying this knowledge to enhance internal programs.

8. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and resources to help address any challenges they may face.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or related roles, preferably with a focus on employee engagement or development.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.

3. Strong analytical skills to assess employee feedback, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

4. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

5. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
