Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, traffic, and conversions for clients.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and trends in target markets.
- Lead website audits and provide actionable recommendations to optimize site structure, content, and performance for SEO.
- Oversee on-page optimization efforts, including Meta tags, headers, schema markup, and internal linking strategies.
- Direct off-page SEO initiatives, including link building campaigns, influencer outreach, and digital PR activities.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using advanced SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO technologies to inform strategy development and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, designers, and account managers, to align SEO efforts with broader digital marketing objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior members of the SEO team, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Deliver regular reports and performance insights to clients, demonstrating the impact of SEO initiatives on key metrics and business goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in executing successful SEO campaigns across various industries.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, including on-page optimization, off-page strategies, and technical SEO.
- Strong experience in conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console to monitor performance and optimize strategies.
- Expertise in optimizing content for search engines, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and user intent.
- Solid understanding of website architecture, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to work with developers to implement SEO improvements.
- Proven experience in creating and executing link-building strategies to improve website authority and rankings.
- Familiarity with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep strategies current and effective.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with internal teams and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights to refine and improve SEO strategies.
- Proactive in identifying SEO issues and providing effective solutions to improve website performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated.
