Duty time: 1 PM to 10 PM (Mon- Friday)

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Customer Success team in managing client accounts, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their objectives.

3. Assist in onboarding new clients, providing training and resources to ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation of our services.

4. Monitor client accounts and performance metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients.

6. Gather client feedback and insights, helping to inform product enhancements and service improvements.

7. Prepare regular reports on client performance, engagement, and satisfaction, presenting findings and recommendations to senior team members.

8. Participate in customer success initiatives and projects aimed at improving client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in a digital marketing environment.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

3. Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and providing outstanding client service.

4. Basic analytical skills to interpret client data and performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client challenges.

6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments to ensure client success.
