Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow Project Manager. The ServiceNow Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and successful delivery, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines. Daily responsibilities include managing project milestones, coordinating across teams, tracking progress, resolving issues, and providing updates to stakeholders. The role also involves guiding implementations and ensuring optimal use of ServiceNow technology to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, with a focus on planning, coordinating, and executing complex initiatives.
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee the supply chain and material flow operations effectively.
- Familiarity with Inspection methodologies to maintain quality standards and compliance.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to work in a remote environment, demonstrating discipline and time management skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; project management certification is a plus.
