Rate of Pay: £19.67 - £23.60 per hour

Summary:

The DLO Electrician role involves delivering high-quality electrical repairs and maintenance services to residents, internal teams, and partner organisations. The position includes conducting testing, inspections, and reporting, with occasional Out of Hours work offering additional earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver electrical repairs and maintenance services across residential properties.
• Conduct electrical testing, inspections, and fault finding.
• Carry out surveys and portable appliance testing (PAT).
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards.
• Produce detailed reports and documentation as required.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, residents, and external partners.

Qualification:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Qualification + AM2

Essentials:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical maintenance and/or installation.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations.
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points, no serious offences in last 10 years).
• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
