Project Manager - Construction Management
Job Description:
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Tower Hamlets to assist with the appointment of a Project Manager - Construction Management , on a 6-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £216.12 - £283.26 per Day
Responsibilities:
- Liaison with the relevant teams which feed into the assessment of such plans, particularly Highways, Environmental Health and Planning, to ensure that requirements are met;
- Initiate a process map indicating how DCMPs will be assessed, negotiated and approved / not approved and how the DCMP officers will interact with Highways, Environmental Health, Planning and Developers/Contractors;
- Establish where best to place the posts within the existing structure and within what teams;
- Draw up job descriptions (JD) for the DCMP officers, agreed the JDs with the relevant teams, HR and Trades Unions;
- Oversee the recruitment of suitable candidates into the DCMP officer roles.
