Customer Service Representative

 Job Description:

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rotherham to assist with the appointment of a Customer Service Representative, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £12.38 - £15.48 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customer enquiries e.g. at reception, over the telephone
  • Receipt and distribute incoming post, process correspondence and send mail out
  • Gather information to report back to others
  • Set up and produce non-standard letters/templates/spreadsheets/documentation, update and maintain databases and produce management information
  • Provide help and assistance to staff in the use of IT packages/systems

Qualifications:

  • NQF Level 2 qualification e.g. GCSEs Grades 4-9, NVQs Level 2, GNVQs Intermediate, City and Guilds Craft or Part 2,
    Or
    Evidence of the equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience

Please note:

  • You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
  • You should have right to work in U.K
  • This role requires an basic DBS
