We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Tower Hamlets to assist with the appointment of a TMO Project Manager, on a 7-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £450.00 - £582.98 per day

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for rolling out new Traffic Management Orders (TMOs) on the Council Housing Estates, so that parking enforcement contractors acting on behalf of Tower Hamlets Council can follow up Penalty Charge Notices with vehicle owners.
• Lead the TMO project team, work creatively with residents and all partners to achieve the project timeline and to engage on the Council's policies.
• Undertake duties in relation to the development and review of existing off-street parking policy and procedures and make recommendations for changes required, in line with current legislation.
• Liaise and build resident engagement to consult and give notice of establishing Traffic Management Orders and estate parking enforcement.
• Review and approve Traffic Management Plans.

Qualifications:

• GCSE/O Level or equivalent level of education
• Experience of the traffic and transportation sector and contract administration
• Financial/Budgetary experience
