Complaints Officer

 Job Description:

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of a Complaints Officer, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £17.42 - £21.83 per hour 

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the organisation to provide high quality responses to customers, members and stakeholder feedback by drafting, reviewing, amending and despatching responses as necessary
  • Lead on identifying evaluation criteria in conjunction with Business Intelligence, research and KPI information.
  • Responsible for developing and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and industry leading innovation
  • Responsible for building strong, trusted and effective relationships with elected members and senior officers.
  • Demonstrate you are part of the team and that you understand the business from your clients perspective but also be a trusted advisor in a constructive way.
  • A commitment to a client-centred approach to service delivery.

Required Experience:

  • Experience of delivering multiple services within a compassionate and target driven environment.
  • Experience of cultivating a positive customer focus that is promoted across all activities and service improvement initiatives.
  • Experience of improving an operational culture across a dynamic business environment that is actively demonstrated by staff through a professional approach to communicating with all residents and stakeholders.
  • Experienced and responsive to change management delivery and the implementation of service improvements.
  • Experience in working within time and budget restraints.
