We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of a Early Intervention Job Coach, on a 2.5-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £18.60 - £23.37 per Hour

Responsibilities:

• To build relationships with participants and through support and advice help them address any barriers to employment.
• To have a creative approach to engaging with participants.
• To be responsible for a caseload of participants, providing a support role and addressing their needs based upon their individual action plans.
• To work with participants on a one to one or group basis as appropriate.
• To maintain regular contact with participants on their caseload to offer advice and guidance where needed.

Requirements:

• Good General Standard of Education
• Experience of working with unemployed people to improve their employment prospect.
• Experience of providing advice and guidance to others with the aim of progressing them towards employment.

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
• You should have right to work in U.K
• This role requires an enhanced DBS
