We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Waltham Forest to assist with the appointment of a Deputy Manager Residential Home, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £18.40 - £23.12 per Hour

Requirements:

• Must has Managerial experience in working in residential care home for older people living with Dementia. 
• Smart, reliable with good communication skills. Confident staff who can run the service, shift lead and work alongside the manager.
• Applicants should have minimum relevant care qualification, such as NVQ Level 4, QCF, or equivalent and the ability to demonstrate an excellent leadership skill.
• Must have full knowledge of Care Quality Commission.

• This role requires an enhanced DBS
