Customer Advisor

 Job Description:

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lewes to assist with the appointment of a Customer Advisor, on a 1-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £11.44 - £14.31 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Sending information sheets, guidelines and website links to customers.
  • Taking the customers full story into account when giving advice, provided by the single view of the customer in their Golden Customer Record.
  • Identifying and escalating complex cases and inconsistencies as appropriate
  • Providing technical advice to customers having difficulties using self- service channels.
  • Proactively market the benefits of digital and self-service and social media channels to all customers.
  • Demonstrating and coaching customers in the use of self-serve channels.

Qualifications:

  • Good standard of general education including GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or qualified by strong relevant experience.
